RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Any product purchased at the Ulima physical or virtual store can be exchanged or returned, according to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Product exchanges or returns will only be possible in cases where there is a manufacturing defect in the purchased product.
  2. The request for change or return may be made within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the product.
  3. Product changes are made according to stock availability.
  4. The change will be made effective upon presentation and/or identification, at the physical Ulima Store, of the sales receipt or invoice sent to the email at the time of purchase. With said document, a credit note will be generated for the same value of the purchased product, which may be used within seven (7) business days of the credit note being generated. The credit note may only be used at the physical Ulima Store.
  5. If you do not wish to exchange the product for gold of the same value, you may request a refund of the amount paid for the purchased product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for it.
  6. In the case of payments made with debit or credit cards, the transaction will be refunded to your account. The time taken to refund the amount to the original account will depend on your bank.
  7. The refund is made effective upon presentation and/or identification of the sales receipt and the respective transaction voucher.
  8. For any exchange or return, it is essential that the purchased product is in its original packaging and as it was delivered; that is, with all its elements: labels, accessories and, if applicable, original user manuals. The product must not show signs of use.
  9. In the case of notebooks, diaries and planners, exchanges or returns will only be accepted in cases of printing errors on the cover and/or content.
  10. Exchanges or returns of personal protective products (e.g. masks) will not be accepted.
  11. Products purchased on clearance are not subject to exchange or return.
  12. If the established terms and conditions are not met, the person in charge will not be able to accept the exchange or return of the product.
